Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to reliably serve patients in our Assistive Care Division, delivering personal care, companionship, and homemaker services in clients' homes. You will follow a nurse's plan of care and support independence and safety, with a focus on compassion and reliability.

Ideal candidates may have prior home health or patient care experience, but BAYADA provides training.

Qualifications

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required. We will train you.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.

Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care, household support, and companion care.
• Assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility support.
• Travel to clients' homes as assigned and deliver high-quality patient care as BAYADA Way.
