Job summary
BAYADA Home Health Care in South Carolina is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides to support clients in their homes in Richland and Lexington counties. You will provide personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance following a plan of care to help clients stay safe and independent.

Qualifications
- Have at least one year of work experience.
- A passion for caregiving, providing private home care, and a desire to help others.
- A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
- Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
Responsibilities
- Follow a written plan of care and provide personal care, household support, and companion care.
- Assist with activities of daily living to help clients stay safe and independent.
- Provide meal preparation and feeding support as needed.
- Perform range of motion exercises and assist with mobility as directed.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor vital signs.
