Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides to care for clients in their homes in the Aiken, SC area. Positions include day, evening, and overnight shifts with competitive pay and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

As part of BAYADA’s ACSP division, you’ll work under a plan of care to support independence, safety, and comfort for adults at home while building meaningful client relationships. BAYADA offers training, support, and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience preferred.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care per written plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and homemaker tasks.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor vitals.
