BAYADA Home Health Care, a trusted home health provider, seeks compassionate caregivers to support clients at home in Richland and Lexington counties. You will deliver personal care, companionship, and homemaker tasks while following a nurse's plan and using empathy, respect, and reliability in every visit.

The role offers flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, per-diem, on-call) with 24/7 clinical support and opportunities for career advancement and training.

Qualifications

At least one year of work experience in caregiving or related field.
Compassionate caregiving mindset with a focus on private home care.
Commitment to presence and quality care.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, household support and companion care per nurse plan.
Assist with activities of daily living to help clients stay independent.
Support meal prep, light housekeeping and mobility as needed.
Monitor vital signs and medication reminders as directed.
Build trusting relationships with clients and families.
