BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides to support clients in their own homes across Lancaster, Indian Land, Chester and surrounding areas. The role focuses on personal care, companionship and home management, with training provided and a commitment to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed but not required.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.

• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support and companion care.
• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform meal preparation, range of motion exercises and reminders for medications.
