Job summary

National Church Residences in Columbus, OH is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide direct client care and after-hours on-call support in Central Ohio.

Certified or non-certified HHAs are welcome. Enjoy flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and a mission-driven environment as you assist clients with ADLs, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and health-monitoring in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Certified or non-certified HHAs welcome.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Observe, monitor, and report changes in client condition.
• Take vital signs when ordered.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• On-call coverage and after-hours coordination as required.
