Qualifications

• HHA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, ambulation, transfers).
• Provide companionship and help with errands and appointments.
• Assist with mobility according to the plan of care.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing.
