BrightStar Care of Brighton / Ann Arbor, MI is seeking caregivers for immediate full-time or part-time positions in the Brighton, Howell and Ann Arbor areas. You will provide compassionate personal care, mobility assistance, and accompany clients to appointments, with a focus on preserving independence and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
• Negative drug screen and motor vehicle background screening.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers.
• Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits.
• Assisting client with mobility work and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing.
