Job summary

Kona Medical Consulting is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our patient-focused team in Arlington, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide personal care, support daily living activities, and ensure patient safety and comfort during each visit.

Responsibilities include assistance with bathing, grooming, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and accurate visit documentation, while maintaining dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• Active Home Health Aide or CNA certification (state requirements may apply).
• At least 1 year of experience in home health or caregiving.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license with current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands as needed.
• Monitor and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Maintain visit documentation and follow care plan instructions.
• Deliver compassionate, professional care while respecting patient dignity and privacy.
