Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Loudoun County, VA is seeking Home Health Aide (HHA)/Caregiver to support seniors at home with compassionate care, bathing, dressing and meal assistance.

You will help with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, transportation and companionship, while ensuring safety and dignity.

The role offers full-time and part-time hours, competitive pay, and ongoing training as part of a nationwide home care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in Virginia.
• CPR certification, six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• Covid-19 vaccination card.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid I-9 documentation.
• Current TB test or X-ray.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document condition and notify supervisor of concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
