You will perform tasks such as bathing, grooming, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and documenting care per plan. Reliable transportation and adherence to infection control are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program preferred.
• Current HHA certification per state regulations preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders and adherence tracking per care plan.
• Report changes in health or behavior to supervising nurse or care coordinator.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Document daily care activities and maintain records per policies.
• Ensure client safety and comfort at home.
• Follow infection control protocols and safe hygiene practices.
