Job summary

La Vita Bella Home Health and Hospice in Las Vegas, NM is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, nutrition guidance, and companionship to help clients live safely and with dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with respect and compassion (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and mobility support.
• Prepare light meals and encourage proper nutrition.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Communicate with family members and care teams to ensure the best care possible.
