La Vita Bella Home Health and Hospice is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Aides to provide essential nursing care in clients’ homes. You will monitor vital signs, remind about medications, and assist with daily living activities in a respectful, empathetic manner.

Responsibilities include observing changes, reporting to nursing staff, offering companionship, and maintaining thorough documentation while ensuring a clean, safe home environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Vital signs monitoring, medication reminders, basic nursing care.
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility.
• Observe and report changes in client conditions to nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing assistance including vital signs monitoring, medication reminders, and basic nursing care
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Observe and report changes in client conditions to nursing staff and supervisors
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
