La Vita Bella Home Health seeks a devoted Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes with respectful, person-centered care. You will assist with daily activities, meals, mobility, and companionship while maintaining a clean and safe living space.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Reliable Transportation is required.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Clean Driving Record is required.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background screening.
Valid driver's license, car registration and insurance listed as insured driver.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care with respect and compassion (bathing, grooming, dressing).
Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.
Prepare light meals and encourage proper nutrition.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
Communicate with family members and the care team to ensure quality care.
