Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide skilled personal care and assist with activities of daily living in patients' homes under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, delegated tasks, infection control, and accurate visit documentation. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years of age, CPR and state certifications as applicable. Competitive benefits and weekly pay offered.
