Job summary

Dazzle Healthcare LLC seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our caring team in New Jersey. You will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, following individualized care plans and fostering a safe, supportive environment.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, with prior Home Health or Hospice experience considered a plus. You will assist with daily activities, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with supervisors to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year professional experience in the field
• Driver’s license required
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Give medications and immunizations
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities
