Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of professional care experience.
• Driver’s license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities like transfers, bathing, and mobility.
• Provide personal care, change bed linens, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Keep records of patient care and report observations to supervisor.
• Engage patients to support mental health through conversation or reading aloud.
• Administer medications and immunizations.
• Encourage participation in exercises and activities.
