Dazzle Healthcare LLC is looking for a dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in Morris Plains, New Jersey. In this role, you will work directly with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and building genuine relationships. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and be detail-oriented, with prior experience in home health or hospice being a plus.

You will assist patients with their daily activities, maintain records, and engage them in healthy activities, ensuring their well-being in a home environment.

Competenze

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year prior professional experience.
• Driver’s license and CPR certification are required.

Mansioni

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds or wheelchairs.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens and assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, and progress.
• Build relationships with patients through conversation.
• Give medications and immunizations to patients.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.
