Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes in Bath, PA. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, provide companionship, and monitor changes in condition, helping clients maintain independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Ability to perform ADLs, meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Comfortable communicating with a care team and clients.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high‑quality care.
• No certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor changes in a client’s condition and report them.
• Assist with mobility and use of equipment when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
