Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• A solid personal character with an empathetic personality.
• Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide companion support and caring assistance for clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Follow care plans and safety protocols while delivering home health services.
• Document care activities and communicate any changes to supervisors or clients' families.
