Job summary

Care With Heart (Not a Stopwatch) is seeking Home Health Aides to provide in-home care to clients. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered service with flexible shifts and a supportive team.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, monitoring health indicators, administering basic medications, and documenting care. Requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and ability to pass a background check. Training and orientation are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation required
• Driver's license required
• Ability to travel within the service area
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Flexible scheduling available

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Accompany patients to doctors or hospital
• Administer simple prescribed medications
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
• Provide companionship and emotional support
