Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and understanding of client needs.
• NJ Certified HHA or CNA required in New Jersey.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• TB skin test (PPD) per NJ law.
• Background check screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to clients in their homes.
• Offer personal companionship and engage with clients and families.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
• Communicate updates and health changes to the care team.
