Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and understanding of clients' needs.
• Must be able to provide companionship and engage with seniors positively.
• NJ-certified HHA or CNA required (REQUIRED).
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation; background check required; TB test per NJ law.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes.
• Provide companionship and actively engage with clients and families.
• Assist with personal care tasks including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meal prep.
• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
• Communicate client health changes to the care team and document updates.
• Complete administrative tasks such as task completion documentation and reporting changes.
