A valid NJ HHA or CNA and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and understanding of clients' needs.
• NJ-licensed HHA or CNA (REQUIRED).
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• TB skin test per NJ law (PPD).
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-home care to clients.
• Provide companionship and engage with clients and families.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility assistance.
• Document tasks and report changes in client condition to the care team.
