Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional care to clients.
• Provide companionship and engage with clients and families.
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, and light housekeeping.
• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
• Collaborate with the client’s care team and report health changes.
• Document task completion and changes in condition or behavior.
