Right At Home Indianapolis West is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support local seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. You will provide personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping while promoting independence and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Transfer/move client within the home.
• Housekeeping tasks: vacuuming, dusting, laundry, dishes, etc.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Escort client to errands or appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with range of motion exercises.
• Dementia care and companionship activities.

Skills
