Advantage Senior Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to work with patients in one-on-one home care plans. You will follow individualized care plans, provide personal care, and monitor patient well-being in the home environment.

Ideal candidates have graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program, a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of prior professional experience.

Qualifications

• One year of prior professional experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities in the home such as mobility, bathing, and personal care.
• Maintain records of care and report observations to the supervisor.
• Provide patient education and support to promote well-being.
• Engage patients in activities to support mental health.
• Give medications and immunizations.
