Job summary

Home Care Network, Inc. is seeking Home Health Aides (STNA/CNA/HHA/PCA/DSP) for Carroll County, OH and surrounding areas. We hire for Part-Time and Full-Time roles with an emphasis on long-term employment and reliable scheduling.

Compensation starts at $16–$19 per hour for certified caregivers and $15–$17 for non-certified caregivers, with weekly pay on Fridays and onboarding/training paid. Mileage reimbursement and benefits for full-time staff are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year paid in-home care or caregiving experience (STNA/CNA certification can substitute)
• Will complete agency orientation, skills tests and competency evaluations
• Willingness to maintain ongoing Training & Certification Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Measure vital signs and document results
• Assist with ADLs and personal care tasks
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
• Assist with medication reminders under supervision
• Maintain documentation and report changes to supervisors
