Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) to serve clients in multiple counties, including Allegheny, Westmoreland, Fayette, Butler, Beaver, Lawrence, Washington, and Greene. You will provide personal care and companionship at home, following a nurse's plan of care, and be part of a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization dedicated to compassionate, reliable care.

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required. We will train you.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) to help clients stay safe and independent at home, following a written plan of care by a registered nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, meal preparation and feeding.
• Support range of motion exercises and assistance with ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders.
