Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Media, PA is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support clients in their homes. You will assist with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, mobility, and basic health monitoring, delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a stable team with opportunities for growth. Prior home care experience is preferred, but BAYADA provides training to motivated individuals who want to help others.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of direct Home Care experience with another Home Health agency, hospital or facility.
• Nursing students who have completed clinical rotations may qualify with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
