Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care across communities in Baldwin, PA and surrounding areas. You will support clients with daily living activities, safety and comfort, under a nurse-approved plan of care.

We offer training, flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, per-diem and on-call options, and a supportive team focused on respectful, quality care.

Qualifications

• Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed but not required.
• Willingness to be trained by BAYADA.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care per plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and home tasks.
• Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Maintain compassionate, reliable patient care aligned with BAYADA standards.
