Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Erie is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA)/Direct Care Worker to reliably serve our home care clients. You will provide personal care, help with daily living, and companionship following a nurse’s plan, with training and support from BAYADA.

Qualifications

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required. We will train you.

• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care per plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and household tasks at clients’ homes.
• Support meal preparation, range of motion exercises, and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders and monitoring as directed.
