Job summary

Apploi is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes. This role focuses on independence, safety, and well-being, with no certification required and emphasis on responsibility.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, monitoring changes, aiding mobility with equipment, and light housekeeping, all while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality. Flexible schedules and quick start are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.
• Ability to work independently while also communicating with a care team.
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
