Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes. The role emphasizes helping clients maintain independence while ensuring safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Prior patient care experience is helpful but not required; the right attitude and sense of responsibility matter most. Key duties include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, monitoring changes in health, aiding mobility, and performing light housekeeping.

Qualificações

• Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.
• Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care team.
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care.
• No certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
