Job summary

Apploi is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide with a car to support clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and safety. Experience in patient care is helpful but not required; the right attitude and responsibility are valued.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, monitoring changes in health, aiding mobility with equipment, light housekeeping, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Flexible schedules available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable individual with a car.
• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
• Monitor and report changes in client’s condition or behavior
• Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
