Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes. The role emphasizes helping clients maintain independence, safety, and well-being, with no certification required and the chance to join a supportive care team.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, monitor health changes, help with mobility, and handle light housekeeping. Weekly pay and flexible schedules are offered to start quickly.

Qualifications

• No certification required
• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required
• Compassionate and reliable attitude is valued

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
