Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare is seeking compassionate HHAs and CNAs to join our growing team in the Orlando, FL area. You will assist clients with ADLs, provide companionship, and help with mobility and transfers in client homes.

We offer flexible scheduling, cases near home, a supportive office team, steady hours, and opportunities for growth as we expand into new counties. Valid HHA or CNA certification and CPR are required, along with a Level 2 background check and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Willingness to obtain Level 2 Background Check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
