Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for clients in the Six Lakes area and surrounding regions. You’ll assist with daily activities, promote safety, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Able to work independently with integrity.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• CPR Certified.
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing.
• Slide board Transfers.
• Range of Motion ( Approx 15 minutes).
• Commode assistance.
• ADL's.
• Light housework duty (Cleaning, assistance with cooking as needed).
• Driving Handicap van as needed, typically client can drive themself.

Skills

CPR Certified

Good communication skills

Reliable transportation
