Job summary

Elara Caring is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes in Marlborough, MA. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.58 per hour based on certification and experience; Availability is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Most visits are 1–3 hours, and caregivers may visit multiple clients per day. Full-time hours may not be available immediately. Elara Caring offers paid training, daily pay options, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be certified at least one caregiver level (e.g., Homemaker, Personal Care, HHA) per MA requirements.
• Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel between client homes.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and household support
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and client errands (Mileage reimbursement is .72 cents per mile)
• Personal care, grooming, and dressing
• Bathing and additional hands-on care for qualified HHA/CNA caregivers
