Job summary
Muir Home Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our East Bay team. Under RN or therapist supervision, you will provide essential personal care and observation to patients, and document care provided to support quality home health services.
Qualified applicants hold CA HHA certification, CPR, a valid California driver’s license, and prior home health experience is preferred. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a supportive work environment.

- CA HHA certification required
- CPR certification required
- Driver's license with insured vehicle required
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care: baths, oral hygiene, nail & skin care, dressing assistance
- Change bed linen and assist with toileting
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and assist in feeding
- Take and record temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Assist with ambulation and range-of-motion exercises as ordered
- Assist in self-administration of medications
- Report patient condition and changes to nurse
