Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification, background check and TB test.
• Reliable transportation and active driver's license.
• Strong patience, empathy, listening, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and basic hygiene.
• Support transfers, mobility, and safe light exercise.
• Prepare meals per dietary plans and restrictions.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide timely medication reminders and prompts.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings.
• Monitor health status and report concerns to supervisors or family.
