Job summary

Valley Health System seeks a Home Health Aide to perform intermittent direct or indirect patient care under RN supervision at Kraft Center. The role supports patient needs as outlined in the plan of care and contributes to a safe, clean environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, and completion and certification of the NJ Home Health Aide program with at least one year of related experience. A valid driver's license and English proficiency are also required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a skilled nursing facility, home health agency, or proven proficiency.
• Completion of the State approved Home Health Aide Training course and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermittent direct or indirect patient care per the plan of care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment under RN supervision.
• Collaborate with nurses, Rehab staff and multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
