Valley Health System is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide intermittent direct or indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role requires a state-approved HHA training and certification.

Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic home health setting. This position located at Kraft Center in the United States.

Qualifications

• Completion of state approved HHA training and certification.
• Ability to work in a changing patient care environment and meet patient needs.
• Ability to work cooperatively with health system staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermittent direct or indirect hands-on patient care as per plan of care.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment under RN supervision.
• Coordinate with nurses, Rehab staff and multidisciplinary team as needed.
