You will provide personal care, monitor health, assist with daily living activities, and offer companionship. The position pays $20/hour with overtime at $30/hour, weekly pay via direct deposit, and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HHA training preferred.
• HHA certification a plus.
• Experience in home healthcare is advantageous.
• Strong communication and compassionate approach to client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor clients' health status and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities like meals, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and document client progress per agency standards.
• Maintain safety and infection control during care.
