Empro Staffing is seeking reliable Home Health Aides to support clients in Staten Island, NY 10301. Per diem shifts run 7AM-3PM or 8AM-4PM with a base rate of $20/hr and overtime at $30/hr. Pay is weekly, with direct deposit on Thursdays.

Benefits include health insurance after 90 days, 401(k) after eight months, paid sick time, disability, workers' comp, and holiday/overtime pay. Prior HHA experience and compassionate care are valued.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Home Health Aide training preferred.
• HHA certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor health status and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities and meal prep.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Adhere to care plans and document progress per agency standards.
• Comply with safety and infection control procedures.
