Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care: baths, oral hygiene, dressing assistance.
- Assist in feeding, planning meals, and maintaining a clean living area.
- Take and record temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as ordered.
- Assist in ambulation and simple range-of-motion activities per plan of care.
- Perform simple nursing extensions as ordered and document care provided.
- Report patient condition changes to the assigned nurse and document per policy.
