Job summary

Supplemental Support Care Services is seeking a compassionate HHA/CNA to provide in-home care in Florida. You will assist clients with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and report to a licensed health professional.

The role includes hygiene, mobility support, nutrition, and maintaining a clean living space in the client’s home. Responsibilities include recording health observations, using assistive devices, and supporting routine ROM exercises.

Responsibilities

• Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and shaving.
• Ambulation and physical transfer assistance.
• Eating and providing nutritional support.
• Assistance with other ADLs and IADLs.
• Reporting changes in the client’s condition to the nurse.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and healthy environment in the home (light cleaning, bathroom, living areas, dishes, laundry).
• Assisting with elimination tasks (toileting, use of bedpan/urinal, changing continence products).
• Assistance with devices for daily living (wheelchair or walker).
• Assistance with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Measuring temperature, pulse, respiration or blood pressure.
• Keeping records of personal health care activities on the agency form.
• Observing appearance and gross behavioral changes and reporting to the registered nurse.
