Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan, including Armada. You will support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities while adhering to care plans and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include helping clients participate in community activities to grow personal goals beyond the home environment, with a focus on reliability, communication, and independence.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging and helping with skill-building activities.
• Bring recipients into the community to help grow and strengthen personal goals outside the home.
