Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Home Health Aides to provide 1:1 care in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging and helping with skill-building activities. You will also bring recipients into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

Full and part-time positions are available in Southeast Michigan, with paid training and a flexible schedule to meet client needs. Weekly pay and benefits opportunities are offered as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home health care in clients' homes and support daily living activities.
• Encourage independence and assist with skill-building tasks.
• Accompany clients to community activities to support personal goals.
• Follow care plans and document observations.
