ExpertCare is seeking a reliable Home Health Aide to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily living activities, encourage independence, and help clients pursue personal goals both at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable assisting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
